You can control who’s allowed to activate an Apple Watch on a business iPhone through MyBusiness Hub. This helps keep your team’s devices secure and ensures only eligible users can pair their Apple Watch.

The iPhone must be a 6, SE or newer, running iOS 12. The Apple Watch must have watchOS 5 or newer. Apple Watch activation isn’t supported with Advantage Voice. To be eligible, the iPhone must have WiFi Calling or VoLTE turned on.

Sign in to your account:

1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Enter your username and password.
   
   

Check the Remember me box if you want your browser to save your sign-in credentials for next time.

Manage authorization settings

1. Select the relevant Account.
2. In My Mobile Usage section, choose the Subscriber.
3. Select Apple Watch.
4. Use the Enable toggle to turn authorization ON or OFF.
5. If you see a checkbox for Terms of Service, make sure it’s selected.
6. Select Submit to save your changes.
